Froggy

Froggy is a queer punk band from the Philadelphia suburbs, drawing inspiration from L7, the Dead Milkmen, and Bikini Kill. Catch them live with Wig. and Gentle Jones at The Queen in Wilmington on August 2. For more info and tickets, visit The Queen’s website.

Moustapha Noumbissi

Moustapha Noumbissi is a Philadelphia-based multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. Born in Belgium to Cameroonian parents, Moustapha grew up immersed in a range of musical traditions, from West African drumming to American pop and choral music. His own music spans those early influences as well as rock, pop, and R&B.  He’s been making serious waves in the Philadelphia music scene playing big festivals like NONCOMM, XPonential Fest, Wayne Music Fest and has hinted at new music and possibly an album coming later this year.

Quickchange!

Quickchange! is a three-piece punk outfit from Wilmington, Delaware, recently signed to Impetus Records. They’re celebrating the release of their debut album Loud Quit Loud with a show at The Queen on July 12, joined by labelmates Friction Fit and Think Machine. Along with music will be vendors selling handmade items and vintage goods. You can stream the first single, “Eraser,” and pre-order the vinyl now on their Bandcamp page. Cypher Clique

Cypher Clique is a Delaware hip-hop trio known for blending sharp lyricism with smooth, polished production. They’ve reunited with producer James Major for a five-song EP titled Friends Aren’t Fans. You can stream the new release and dig into their full discography on Bandcamp today.

Francisco Madera

Francisco Madera is a Delaware-based ambient artist. His latest Bandcamp release, Silva Sonora, is a dreamy landscape of ten meditative and shimmering tracks. It marks his first release of the year after taking a break to focus on school. Check out his music and “zone out” today.

Devin Canfield

Devin Canfield is a Delaware-based singer-songwriter who recently released two beautifully performed live tracks from a set at Twin Branch Winery, including a cover of Dave Matthews Band. Check out his Bandcamp and catch him live the next time he’s playing a venue near you.
